The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a Partek Flow class on Friday, April 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the NIH Library training room, Building 10. Even if the class is full, please sign up for the wait list and plan on attending the class. When the class begins, empty seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis by waitlisted students who arrive early and sign in.
This class will provide hands-on training with RNA-Seq analysis in Partek Flow. The morning portion of the class will introduce the software using a sample RNA-Seq dataset, and will cover: data import, QA/QC, alignment, quantification and normalization, differential expression analysis, visualizations, and biological interpretation. The afternoon session will continue with these topics and conclude with an overview of fusion gene detection and a Q&A session.
