The NIH Library’s Bioinformatics Support Program is presenting an OmicCircos class on July 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the NIH Library training room, Building 10. Even if the class is full, please sign up for the wait list and plan on attending the class. When the class begins, empty seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis by waitlisted students who arrive early and sign in. An effort is made to accommodate everyone.
This class will focus on OmicCircos using RStudio to achieve data visualization for data integration. OmicCircos will be used to construct circular plots with desired biological features. Example data from human, mouse, and bacteria genomes will be used to demonstrate functions for the color selection, annotation, labeling, zoom, and integration of traditional plotting. Training computers will be provided.
Please note that programming experience in RStudio is required for this class.
