NIH Library Training Class: Partek Flow, DNA-Seq

The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program has organized a class on Partek Flow on Wednesday, March 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the NIH Library training room, Building 10. Even if the class is full, you are encouraged to sign up for the wait list, as every effort is made to accommodate registrants.

This mini-workshop will provide the opportunity for students to be introduced to Partek Flow and gain exposure to the creation of analytical pipelines. The first half of this session will focus on creating a pipeline for variant detection using DNA-Seq data, including alignment, variant calling, annotation, filtering, and summarization. The second half of the session will focus on pipeline creation for ChIP-Seq data, performing alignment and peak detection. The training will conclude with a Q&A session.
