Objectives:
- To visualize and annotate 3D protein structures using Cn3D, a free helper application for your web browser that allows you to view 3-dimensional structures
- To identify the conserved domain(s) present in the query protein and features such as ligand binding sites
- To search for other proteins containing similar domain(s)
- To explore 3D modeling template for the query protein
- To obtain distant sequence homologs that may not be identified by BLAST
