EBI's 2Can Support Portal - Bioinformatics
This portal provides tutorials to introduce researchers to bioinformatics tools at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI).  It is especially useful for nucleotide and protein sequence analysis.  The tutorials provide hands-on experience at both beginning and intermediate levels.

Entrez Gene Tutorial
This video tutorial shows researchers effective search techniques for gene information using the NCBI Entrez Gene database.  This database is a gateway to gene reference sequences from genomes of interest to the NCBI RefSeq group.

MIT and Harvard libraries Bioinformatics Tutorial Series
This collaboration provides a library of video tutorials covering topics such as the UCSC Genome Browser, BLAST and Entrez.

Online Lectures on Bioinformatics
This series includes exercises and answers for an in-depth study of classic sequence analysis algorithms.

OpenHelix free on-line tutorials
A freely available subset of OpenHelix bioinformatics tutorials is offered here. 

Related Protein Structures
This video tutorial allows researchers with proteins of unknown structure to find related structures which may be useful in elucidating information such as functional sites.  It comes in two formats: (Flash Version) or (Quicktime Version). More information on which version to use can be found here.
