Beta Search Engine Gets Launched for Open House

The NIH Library launched a beta search engine during the Open House on October 22, 2009. The search engine retrieves information from several databases and resources at the same time. It displays the results from all the sources on one page. This allows the user to discover information from places other than Google and PubMed.

The beta search engine has innovative features such as clusters, topic graphs, and semantic search.
